RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product to withdraw from the Product purchase contract, in accordance with current law, to return the product (or Products) to PG Italy Manufacturing srls . If the return does not take place within this period, PG Italy Manufacturing srls will not accept returns of Products and the withdrawal becomes ineffective.
The return of Products delivered in sealed packages is not permitted when, for hygiene or health reasons, they are not suitable for return and the packaging has been tampered with or opened after delivery.
To exercise the right to withdraw, the Product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the original packaging and labels. The Customer must send the Product in the same packaging in which he received it, or in a similar format. The return note for the Products must be included in the package.
METHOD FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, a written communication to the address of PG Italy Manufacturing srls by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The notice of withdrawal can be sent, within the same deadline, also by telegram or fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered mail with return receipt within the following 48 hours.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the communication must be sent to the following address:

If the goods have been delivered, the customer is required to return them to PG Italy Manufacturing srls within 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery of the goods. The good must be returned to PG Italy Manufacturing srls complete with all accessories and everything originally delivered to the customer, as well as packaged in its original packaging. The costs of returning the goods to PG Italy Manufacturing srls are borne by the customer.
In case of withdrawal by the customer, PG Italy Manufacturing srls will refund the price
1. without shipping costs on Italian territory (°)
2. with shipping costs abroad (°°)
3. see paragraph PRODUCT PRICES (°) and (°°); within forty-eight (48) hours from confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned Product(s) and, in any case, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the day on which the Customer communicated the withdrawal. The refund of the price and shipping costs to the Customer's account or card depends on the card and the issuing entity. The deadline for refunding the price will be a maximum of seven (7) calendar days for debit cards and thirty (30) calendar days for credit cards.
